ArtRage 1.0 is free and is not a demo, but the other ones (2.0 free and 2.5 starter) are not free and are demos.
Compatibility:
ArtRage 1.0 and 2.0 free: 10.4-10.6 (with rosseta)
ArtRage 2.5 Starter Edition: 10.4-10.14 (it is universal and 32bit)
