This is a German localized PSE4 CD with some additional "Art" files.
The licenses and and language resources are there for Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Spanish, Swedish, Chinese and Taiwanese.
The manual included is German only, the apps menu is German only too, sadly.
