A paint program and word processor combined into one! Kid Works Deluxe is the sequel to Kid Works 2 with new features such as video help from Humming-way. This CD-ROM is targeted to children. The download is a hybrid TOAST image created with Roxio Toast Titanium 6 on OS X.
Tested on my Indigo iMac G3 (2000, 350MHz) running Mac OS 9.2.1 (French version) and worked perfectly, but the tool sounds won't play, but I can still hear Humming-way's voice and the storyteller in synthesized speech which reads the story out loud. See the Compatibility section for more info.
I have not tested this with Mac OS 8, but on some copies of Mac OS 9, you will only hear the synthesized speech and the Humming-way help as the tools sounds do not work as expected. (Probably there is no audio at all!) It's best to run this on System 7.
